Caballito Cerrero Chato is made with agave Chato, which in this case is referring to an agave Angustifolia, which is either related-to or synonymous with agave Espadin. The agave are cooked in a brick steam oven, milled in a double pass mill, fermented in open stainless steel tanks with both wild and proprietary yeast, and distilled in stainless steel and copper.

Le Tribute Gin from Spain - unexpectedly fresh and yet dry. The main ingredient is the juniper berries, which come from the Giro estate in the province of Teruel in northeastern Spain. This gin owes its natural freshness to the citrus aromas, which are created through the maceration of lemongrass, orange, lemon, grapefruit, kumquat, mandarin and lime. All other botanicals used are carefully handpicked and processed by hand.
The gin from Le Tribute is incomparable in quality and design and impressively contemporary. It pays homage to the pioneers, heritage and craftsmanship - full of character and soul, "Old but New" as the guiding principle, avant-garde and tradition form the basis for the development of this distinctive spirit, which was developed with a passion for innovation. A total of 7 different botanicals are used for this gin. The classic juniper taste is refined with lime, cardamom, kumquat and citrus aromas from mandarin, lemongrass and grapefruit.

Cooking in traditional volcanic stone ovens gives mezcal its characteristic smoky taste. All production is done entirely by hand. From the harvest of the agave plant and its transport to the stone ovens, to the manufacture of the ovens, the grinding of the agave and the packaging and labeling of the products.
1.5 cm "Jima" - The "Jima" is the cut of the agave leaves. While others are cut at 5 cm, here 1.5 cm is cut. The less it is cut, the less bitter the finished liquid, although much more expensive to make. For this reason, LE TRIBUTE Mezcal is called a "pure heart".

The quinine for Le Tribute Tonic Water is obtained from Loja in Ecuador. This is where the Countess of the Chinchonas treated her fever and constant headache in 1639.
After discovering its healing properties, she began to distribute quinine among the poorest people in South America and Europe.
The cure was so effective and became so popular that it also cured kings like Luis XIV of France or Charles II of England.
Le Tribute only uses natural citrus additives from the gin distillation of their own distillery, which give the tonic water its characteristic and unique taste.
