Roots Radicals Piccalilli, a late summer relish made with sweet corn, cauliflower, cucumber and onions in a vinegar-mustard sauce with a perfect balance of sweet. This relish comes originally from the rich indian culture which inspired others to interpret it until today. A beautiful example of celebration of culture and interpretation of recipes to make them our own. This piccalilli is very versatile, eat it on a grilled cheese sandwich, at your brunch, with sausages or eggs. It balances perfectly any rich plate and adds the perfect kick to a salad as well.

Roots Radials strawberries are only made during the peak of the season and are regional organic strawberries. Softly steamed with some vanilla and sugar, the strawberries release their own liquid to make a delicious syrup that later preserves them as well. The fruit remains whole and it is perfect to eat on its own, or accompanied by any ice cream, as well as a filling for pies, brownies and to add a twist to salads and stews.
