Delve into the world of Alexis's Domaine project with this exceptional white wine. In the early years of his winemaking journey, Alexis exclusively crafted wines from grapes sourced from dedicated organic farmers. However, in recent years, a new chapter has unfolded as Alexis expanded his horizons to include grapes from his very own vineyards nestled in the picturesque Loire region.
These Chardonnay vines are from 1991 grown from argilo-calcaires soil. Altitude 320m.
Directly pressed, aged 12 months in concrete vats.
This is a Chardonnay that doesn't represent the heavy vanilla characteristic that most people think when someone says Chardonnay. As it aged in concrete, it keeps the wine feeling fresh and slightly tropical.
Chill before serving. You can drink this wine with or without food.

Hang On Pet Nat 2022

Die Trauben stammen von 40 Jahre alten Rebstöcken auf Lehm- und Kalkböden vom Weingut Nägele in Baden. Nach der Lese wurden die Trauben über Nacht in der Kälte belassen, um eine Kaltmazeration durchzuführen. Am nächsten Tag wurden sie gepresst und der Saft zur Gärung und Reifung in 500-Liter-Fässer umgefüllt.
In diesem Jahr haben die Winzer Antoine Lucchesi und Daisy Merrick beschlossen, den Wein nicht zu degorgieren. Das bedeutet, dass die Hefeteilchen noch in der Flasche sind. Daher kann der Wein ein wenig trüb aussehen.
Der Wein hat Noten von grünem Apfel, ein cremiges Mundgefühl, viele kleine Bläschen auf der Zunge, leicht wild.
