The Mosel Distillers Pastis is made according to an old family recipe. Founded in 1824, the distillery produces a highly aromatic Pastis that can be enjoyed over ice with fresh water as an aperitif or straight up. You´ll notice the fruity-floral aromas of the terroir of greater region around the Saar and Mosel. Lemon verbena, sage, basil, thyme and rosemary from the distillery´s own garden meet the finest star anise, fennel, aniseed, bitter orange, coriander and liquorice they can procure.
