Ukiyo means ‘floating world’ and symbolises living in the here and now. What a lovely concept to contemplate while sipping this gin, which features yuzu, a citrus fruit used frequently in Japanese cuisine. The base spirit is made from distilled shochu, and redistilled with juniper, mandarin and more, before being infused with the zesty and aromatic yuzu.
