It serves as a vital component in our Zhong Dumpling sauce and Sichuan Chili Crisp. This chili type is incredibly versatile, with various creative uses. It can be dry-fried in oil to achieve a scorched-chili flavor, ground up and mixed with aromatics to create the foundation for the most aromatic chili oils, and blended with numerous other spices to produce countless Sichuan flavor combinations.
