We're looking for someone to join the food team in our busy kitchen. We have a daily breakfast and lunch service, a weekend brunch service plus a regular events calendar and a busy prep schedule.
You are motivated, reliable, passionate and professional. You can have fun but take pride in your work and are ready to learn and grow.
You can deliver on our goal of giving Hallesches Haus customers delicious, well presented food made with the utmost care, consistency and quality.
Preferred minimum 2 years experience in high volume, order based service - preferably breakfast service
You are experienced in using a brigade style kitchen and/or you are open to be trained under our Head Chef’s system
You have diligence and care with food presentation
You are able to clean as you go and remain calm and tidy during peak service times
Experienced in stocktaking service areas and lines, or generally with stocktake
Willingness to learn new styles of food
Strong attention to detail, able to manage daily stock with care
You are reliable, accountable and punctual (this isn't a job easily done after a sesh at the club - we’re serious about that)
