These Grenache grapes are carefully selected from Philippe Brand’s friend’s biodynamic vineyard in the south of France. They are then taken back to Alsace where they have undergone semi carbonic maceration. When blended together, you get this concentrated cherries and sour plum mix, which is balanced by the prominent acidity. This wine suits anyone who enjoys a light red, berry explosion, with some additional depth of a skin contact orange wine. Best served with a slight chill and should be consumed within an hour of opening, so this is a great one to bring along for a dinner party.
