Hallesches Haus is an established events space based in Kreuzberg.
We are looking for a Sous Chef to support our international team for events.
We are offering a full time contract in our kitchen that focuses on fresh and seasonal cuisine.
Who are we looking for?
- Passion for cooking with fresh, regional, and seasonal ingredients
- Proven leadership experience in a high-volume restaurant setting / close collaboration with our Executive Chef
- Respectful, attentive, and constructive communication
- Strong sense of organisation and willingness to work in a team
- Taking the shift lead on prep and service organization
- Ensuring consistency and quality control with all outgoing dishes
- Ordering and stock levels
- English & German speaking
- Reliable, professional, accountable, punctual and consistent
- Sense of urgency
- Work on weekends is a must!
