Background:

Hallesches Haus is an established events space based in Kreuzberg.

We are looking for a Sous Chef to support our international team for events.

We are offering a full time contract in our kitchen that focuses on fresh and seasonal cuisine. 

Who are we looking for?

  • Passion for cooking with fresh, regional, and seasonal ingredients
  • Proven leadership experience in a high-volume restaurant setting / close collaboration with our Executive Chef
  • Respectful, attentive, and constructive communication
  • Strong sense of organisation and willingness to work in a team
  • Taking the shift lead on prep and service organization
  • Ensuring consistency and quality control with all outgoing dishes
  • Ordering and stock levels
  • English & German speaking
  • Reliable, professional, accountable, punctual and consistent
  • Sense of urgency
  • Work on weekends is a must!
