Hallesches Haus ​is an established store, ​café and events space based in Kreuzberg. We are looking for a colleague (full-time or part-time) to support our friendly and international team in the store. 

• Delivering a high level of customer service in English and German. 
• Interest in product & interior design and trends
• Familiarity with Shopify POS System a plus
• Maintaining weekly shop cleaning plan
• Ensuring visual merchandising is kept to a good standard
• Checking stock levels regularly to ensure the right quantities are in the system
• Check products are priced correctly
• Ensure stock is replenished and the shop floor is fully stocked
• Be responsible for taking payments correctly at till points and cashing up at the end of the day
• Report to the store management team with customer feedback, noting patterns, trends, requests etc
• You are able to work independently and self-sufficiently (usually you will be the only person working in the store on any given day) and show initiative and problem solving skills
• Regular meetings with owners
• Regular opening hours Wednesday - Saturday (weekend work a must)

We are also searching for support with our online store (www.hallescheshaus.com). For the right candidate this may be combined with the role above in-store, but we are also open to hiring for on-line and in-store separately.

• Shopify POS back-end work

• Regular meetings with owners and digital marketing project manager
