RETURNS
If you are unhappy with our products in any way, they can be returned for a refund or exchange within 14 days. To be eligible for returns, the prodcut must be in its orginal packaging and remain unused. Please provide the original receipt so we can process any returns or exchanges.

REFUNDS
If a refund is approved, this will be processed and a credited back to the original method of payment.
EXCHANGES
We are happy to exchange items - subject to availability. In case we cannot offer you a direct replacement, you will have the choice of receiving a credit note, a refund to the value of the item at the time of purchase or your choice of an alternative product.
PLEASE NOTE
- Sales of all sale items (those with a reduced price) are final - we are happy to offer a credit note or exchange only against sale purchases.
- We do not accept returns on cosmetic products for hygiene reasons - conditions above do not apply.
- Sales of vintage or custom items are final - we do not offer a refund or exchange - conditions above do not apply.

You will be responsible for all extra postage costs incurred in a return except where an item is faulty.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from the refund.
