We're looking for someone to join the team in our busy breakfast and lunch kitchen.
We have a daily breakfast and lunch service, a weekend brunch service plus a regular events calendar and a busy prep schedule.


You are motivated, reliable, passionate and professional. You can have fun but take pride in your work and are ready to learn and grow.

You can deliver on our goal of giving Hallesches Haus customers delicious, well presented food made with the utmost care, consistency and quality.


  • Preferred minimum 2 years experience in high volume, order based service - preferably breakfast service

  • You have diligence and care with food presentation

  • You ​will ​report ​to ​the ​head chef ​and ​communicate regularly with owners ​and ​teammates

  • You'll need a strong sense of organisation and willingness to join the team in maintaining our systems and schedules

  • You are able to clean as you go and remain calm and tidy during peak service times

  • Experienced in stocktaking service areas and lines, or generally with stocktake

  • Willingness to learn new styles of food

  • Experience in standards of kitchen cleanliness and hygiene / labelling etc.
  • Strong attention to detail, able to manage daily stock with care

  • You are reliable, accountable and punctual
