Here is a single pack of 500 grams of artisanal Mafalde pasta by Southern Italian Alica. This pasta is produced with selected 100% Italian grains, bronze drawn at low temperature in the traditional way in order to keep intact all the nutritional values and healthy proteins of durum wheat.
Mafalda pasta is composed of a flat, wide ribbon noodle, somewhat similar to a skinner lasagna with rippled edges.

The queen of non-alcoholic beverages, Manufaktur Jörg Geiger's alcohol-free Sekt is refined, not at all sweet, yet still 0%. It is made from the heirloom pear variety 'Champagner Bratbirne' grown on 100-year-old trees, bottle-fermented, and matured three years before being dealcoholized.
Aroma: roasted pears, with subtle notes of dried pears. White flowers, notes of brioche shaped by the sparkling wine's several years of yeast storage in the bottle. Taste: Restrained sweetness and well-integrated acidity. The fine taste of the champagne roasted pear with subtle tannin notes in the fine aftertaste. For over 200 years, the variety 'Champagner Bratbirne' has been regarded as a wine pear of the very first rank. It has borne its name since 1797 because an outstanding sparkling wine was made from this rarity since then.
