Made by Soma Vines, in Eckelsheim, Germany, where on the 13th of September 2023, Antoine Lucchesi and Daisy Merrick picked Pinot Noir grapes from their vineyards. The result is juicy and structured, with great length and nice acidity. Too good to be a primeur! Something deliciously fun for all to try.

4 days on the skins, semi carbonic, clay & limestone soil.

Fermented and aged just 7 weeks in old oak barrels.
