Hamburg-based Aere obtains its apple juice directly from the producer in the Altes Land region. The Matthies fruit farm supplies crystal-clear, natural apple juice of the highest quality. The apples are baked according to Grandma's recipe and are then left in ÆRE Korn for several days before they are allowed to mature in barrels for several weeks together with regional apple juice, organic vanilla, cinnamon, almonds, raisins and spices.
