When life gives you lemons, rewrite the history of the aperitif.
Stefan Becker and Thorsten Konrad wanted to create a new, modern aperitif, far removed from the romance of Italian country inns - ODE. They macerated various kinds of bark, herbs, and fruits until the essences obtained perfectly captured the taste of the original ingredient. For their debut ODE Bright Lemon, Amalfi lemons, bergamot, cedar, peaches, thyme, artichoke, jasmine, and sea salt were used. Stefan and Thorsten also developed a Riesling that is perfectly matched to their aperitif. Add a little beet sugar and the ODE Natural Aperitif Bright Lemon was ready - a citrus-heavy, bittersweet summer in bottles. The bottle is topped with a sun-yellow wooden lemon to function as a stylish closure. Opening it also becomes a haptic experience.
ODE is the perfect base for a spritz cocktail with ice-cold Prosecco.

Derrumbes San Luis Potosi
Derrumbes third expression is a mezcal from the desert produced exclusively from the extensive wild agave Salmiana Crassispina that grows naturally in the High Plateau of San Luis Potosi. With not enough trees to support mezcal production, Maestro mezcalero Manuel Perez forages for dry Salmiana leaves and quiotes to use as fuel. The result is an incredibly unique mezcal that reflects the flavors of its surroundings like no other. This floral and herbaceous mezcal from the village of Charcas has just the right touch of sweetness to balance its delicate intensity.

Derrumbes Durango is produced in the remote village of Nombre de Dios in the northern Mexican state. It is a varietal made exclusively of Durango’s endemic agave Durangensis and it represents yet another expression from the Derrumbes family distilled in unique wood and copper stills, this one however, has a neck for external condensation. Maestro mezcalero Uriel Simental delivers this exciting balance of summer fruit, nuts and dry minerality that finishes seamlessly with a beautiful light smokiness.

A good drink is best shared with close friends and Huckleberry gin was conceived as a tribute to friendship. So gift a bottle to your bestie.
Huckleberry distills this gin from (you guessed it) fresh huckleberries. Then come 22 botanicals: in addition to blueberries, juniper berries, angelica roots, ginger roots, a little cinnamon, and a hint of lavender are added. Lemon peel, elderberry and hop blossoms, peppermint, and raspberries provide the fruity note.
The fruity ingredients — especially the blueberries and raspberries — make the gin refreshingly fruity and leave a sweet berry aftertaste.
